CANCELLATION POLICIES
VRBO may show this property as “No Refund,” but that’s a platform limitation. Most stays include a full refund up to 90 days before arrival, but it is seasonal. Our busy summer season has the strictest cancellation policy. These policies are noted in our Rental Agreement, which you will be shown before booking. OCCUPANCY
The Manzanita Modern Cabin sleeps 10. No pets, no exceptions. Four cars maximum. No RVs, Campers, Trailers, etc. allowed. This is mandated by the County. Contact us with questions or exception requests.
SCHEDULING
Fridays and Saturdays are typically reserved together unless arranged in advance. Seasonal minimum stays and holiday requirements may apply.
